Bellingham Fall Potluck Sept. 25

Forwarding FYI, notice from Cat McIntyre, facilitator for SEAPAX Bellingham satellite group:

Dear Peace Corps Friends:

Our next RPCV/Friends potluck will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010. Our hosts are Mark and Katie Wheatley (Honduras 80-81, Zaire 79). This is your official invitation! We’ll convene at 6 pm, and end at 9 pm. In addition to your own potluck dish to share and something to drink for yourself, please bring your own plate and silverware so we can support Katie and Mark’s environmentally conscious no-garbage plan.

Mark and Katie live at 1390 Gabriola Court, Bellingham, WA 98226. Please RSVP to them by Wednesday September 22 at or, or by giving them a call (360) 738-2032. They can email  you  a map to their home.

Michael Breeding will  talk about his service in Lesotho and his subsequent adoption of four children from that country.

We are still looking for speakers and  topics  for other upcoming events in November, January and March. Let me know if you can give us a look at your Peace Corps service, or another interesting topic.

I hope to see you all there!
