Annual Peanut Stew Event

SEAPAX is hosting the Annual Peanut Stew Event on 2/24 from noon to 3 PM! Please consider preparing a peanut stew from your country of service or travels for the potluck. The focus is stew, but we welcome other peanut delicacies.

As with any meal, we are looking for balance, so if peanuts are not your thing, consider a salad, side dish, dessert or drink. If cooking is not your thing, we welcome you to show up with your appetite! RSVP with the number of guests to receive the Seattle address.

Bellingham Potluck

The Mt. Baker Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Assn. is hosting a Returned Peace Corps Volunteers potluck on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 6 pm in Bellingham. The program speaker will be Marcie Miller, a Pacific Northwest native who served as a TEFL volunteer in Armenia, 2015-2017. She taught English at a high school and started a media studies class at a university branch. In her pre-PC life she was a journalist, and has lived in Tanzania and South Korea. She now lives in Bellingham with her rowdy cat, Archie.
Please RSVP to me by Wednesday, Jan. 17 to Cat McIntyre.  Bring a potluck dish to share, as well as your own dishes, utensils and beverages. Thus, we can lighten the cleanup, and spare a tree.
